Hello everyone, I am currently using several sets of Humsienk 12.8V batteries, model 314Ah with BMS 100A Smart and Bluetooth connection, installed on 4kW/24V inverters. The issue affects more than 6 battery sets, purchased at different times for different clients, but all started showing problems almost simultaneously.
Main symptoms:
One of the batteries goes into protection mode, and simply opening the app resets it without any manual intervention.
In many cases, the issue occurs even with very low loads, such as running a single refrigerator or a fan.
I would like to know if anyone else has experienced similar issues with this model and if there are any solutions or recommendations to prevent these problems.
