Self pick-up

Our checkout system is designed to handle both self-pickup and LTL orders through the same standard process. Because of this, a shipping address is always required to complete the order, regardless of which option you choose.

Here’s why we still ask for your address when you select pickup:

1. System consistency – Our platform uses a unified checkout flow for all order types, and the shipping address field is a required step in that flow.
2. Order verification – The address helps us confirm that you are selecting the correct option. For example, if a customer outside California selects self-pickup, we can reach out to prevent confusion or unexpected travel.
3. Backup contact info – In case of any issues with your pickup (e.g., warehouse closure, order mismatch), we still have your full address on file for customer service purposes.
4. Billing and tax calculation – Some taxes or documentation requirements are based on your location, even if you pick up in person.
5. Internal processing – Our warehouse team uses the full order details — including your address — to correctly tag and prepare your order for pickup, not for shipping.

✅Important:

• If you select self-pickup, you will not be charged any shipping fee, and your order will not be shipped. The address is simply part of our standard checkout form.
• If you accidentally selected pickup but intended to have the item delivered to your home, please contact us immediately to arrange the shipping fee and confirm delivery.

A: Self pickup is currently available only for customers in California (CA).

A: Our pickup warehouse is located in California (exact address provided after order confirmation).

A: Yes. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you within 1·2 business days to schedule a pickup time.

A: You only need to bring your Bill of Lading (BOL). Please confirm the pickup address before you leave — our customer support team will send it to you along with the BOL, as we have multiple self-pickup warehouse locations across California. Also, plan your travel time accordingly. Warehouse pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

A: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

A: Orders must be picked up within 5 business days after the scheduled pickup date. Unclaimed orders may be subject to restocking fees.

A: If you decide to switch from self pickup to shipping after placing your order, we will recalculate your total based on the original product price + $300 shipping fee (including applicable taxes). The difference between this new total and your original order amount will be charged as the shipping upgrade fee.

A: Yes. LiFePO₄ batteries are stable and non-hazardous for ground transport. However, before you come for pickup, please estimate your vehicle's cargo space and check the battery's packed dimensions to ensure a proper fit.

A: Yes. The $300 shipping savings is already reflected in the self-pickup price. You can still apply holiday promo codes or social media / YouTube influencer discount codes on top of that — unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

A: Yes. For bulk orders (multiple units or pallet quantities), please contact our sales team directly for a customized quote and volume discount.

No, we will not.
Shipping protection only applies to products shipped via courier or LTL (Less Than Truckload) services. It is an insurance for goods during transit and does not cover shipping costs. You do not need to purchase shipping protection for self-pickup orders.
