  • After a large battery order is confirmed, we will send you an email to verify that you are ready for shipment. Once we receive your confirmation, we will request shipping quotes from our logistics partners on the same day.
  • On the following day, we will confirm the final freight cost and arrange a truck pickup. The order will then be shipped as scheduled.

Understanding Trucking (LTL) Delivery Progress and Tracking

1. Why is trucking delivery slower?
  • Unlike courier services such as UPS or FedEx, trucking carriers typically need to consolidate full loads or follow fixed route schedules. As a result, pickup and delivery times are less predictable.
  • We work with multiple trucking carriers and must request quotes from several providers before confirming the final carrier – this process takes time.
  • Your order contains high-value batteries. For safety reasons, we also need to reconfirm your shipping instructions and pickup arrangements before dispatching.
2. Why can't trucking tracking be found on 17track?
  • 17track mainly supports international courier and postal services (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL).
  • Trucking shipments use internal carrier systems that do not integrate with 17track. Real-time tracking is generally not available.
  • Updates are typically provided manually by the carrier, often in the form of a pickup confirmation or proof of delivery (POD).
3. Does trucking require an in-person signature?

Yes.When a trucking shipment arrives, the driver will request anin-person signature from the recipient.
This increases security, but please note that if no one is available to sign, additional delivery fees or delays may occur.

4. Will I receive a tracking number for trucking?

Real-time tracking is not available like with couriers.
We can request aProof of Delivery (POD)or status updates from the carrier, but this requires manual effort.

5. Can I contact the trucking company directly for updates?
