Excellent product! The inverter and battery arrived well packaged and everything worked exactly as described. The build quality is impressive, installation was straightforward, and the system runs smoothly and efficiently. The 300Ah battery provides excellent backup time, and the 12kW inverter easily handles heavy loads without any issues. Customer service was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Product is as advertised. I’ve only self checked the batteries for now as I building complete 8KW off grid system and not done yet.
Everything works as described. Easy, straight forward install. Would recommend longer cables for the rack battery.

Aquí les quiero dejar mi humilde opinión acerca de esta compañía, en los 34 años q tengo nunca avía visto una eficiencia tan grande en cuanto un servicio de atención al cliente , les doy un 1000 de 10 , la clase calidad que tiene sus productos es incomparable , soy de cuba y llevo en esto unos 4 años y desde q empece a comprar estos equipos me hablaron de la marca y todas las cosas que están en mi casa en cuba son de esta marca , en la casa de mi suegra también, de verdad lo digo esta gente si siguen así son el primer lugar en el mundo
