To protect your transaction security, Humsienk performs multi‑dimensional risk checks on every order after you place it. Below are our core assessment indicators, so you understand where potential risks come from.

Risk Assessment Indicators (High‑risk Signals)

  • AVS result code: N / U / A (mismatch or unavailable)
  • CVV result code: N (mismatch) or null (not available)
  • Distance between IP and shipping address: > 500 miles
  • Payment method: Apple Pay / Shop Pay (CVV not passed)
  • Payment attempt count: multiple attempts
  • IP type: VPN / Proxy / Tor

Other Anomaly Signals (also factored into risk scoring)

  • Unusual name format (contains company name, random characters)
  • Email address composed of random character strings
  • Phone number with repetitive patterns or obviously fake
  • First order with a large‑value purchase
  • Billing address does not match shipping address
  • Unusually large quantity per order (e.g., 6–9 high‑value items)
  • Discount code combined with bulk purchasing
  • Late‑night order placement (combined with IP location mismatch)
  • Free shipping + high‑value order (lowers fraud cost)

We recommend that you:

  • Use your commonly used email and phone number, so you can receive tracking updates and after‑sales notifications (for truck‑delivered orders, the drive may also contact you via phone).
  • Ensure your billing address matches your shipping address to avoid triggering risk alerts.
  • Avoid using VPNs, proxies, or Tor networks when placing orders.
  • Fill in your name and address truthfully, without random characters or
      non‑standard formats.

Order Handling Rules (by risk level)

  • Low‑risk orders → Shipped by default (no additional review).
  • Medium‑risk orders → Manually reviewed by Humsienk. If we decide to ship after review, it may affect the normal delivery timeline – please be patient.
  • High‑risk orders → Automatically canceled and will not be shipped.

⚠️ Important Address Restriction

  • Humsienk does NOT accept PO Box addresses or any forwarding / transit addresses. If you insist on using such an address, you shall bear all risks and losses arising beyond our service scope.
  • Please be sure to provide a valid, frequently‑used email and phone number so that we can contact you regarding logistics and after‑sales matters promptly.
